Dental Health Associates of Madison's Big Give Event
We continue to find new ways be involved and the Big Give Event is a great way to support local organizations. The Big Give Event will provide organizations with a monetary donation of $75.00 on behalf of new patients in November and December. It will start on November 1, 2018 and continue through December 31, 2018 at 6 of our General Dentistry Clinics: East, Downtown, University, Old Sauk, Gammon, and Fitchburg.
To qualify new patients are required to visit one of 6 designated Dental Health Associates Clinics and their appointment must include an exam, cleaning, and x-rays. Participating patients must mention the Big Give Event when they call to schedule their appointment or during their new patient visit. After the event is mentioned the patient will have the opportunity to choose one of these non-profit organizations: Dane County Humane Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison, Gilda’s Club Madison, or More Smiles Wisconsin.

In January all new patient donations will be announced and distributed in person to these organizations.
