Andy provides DHA with over 18 years of experience in managed care (primarily in Finance, Analysis, and Provider Relations). He is particularly effective at developing and building teams in order to meet and exceed the goals of the organization.

Jeff Bacon, M.B.A., Information Technology Director
Jeff joined Dental Health Associates in October of 2008 bringing over 15 years of Information Technology experience to DHA. Coming from a large Southern Wisconsin credit union, Jeff provides DHA with high level strategic leadership experience within the Information Technology field. He prides himself in being a dynamic, goal-focused IT strategist dedicated to contributing directly to both short- and long-term company objectives.

Wes Parks, C.P.A., Controller
Wes joined Dental Health Associates in February of 2010 bringing over 13 years of Financial and Accounting experience to DHA. Improving an organizations overall performance through effective strategic financial leadership is his expertise. He has a strong background with leading a team in treasury, budgeting, auditing, tax, accounting and payroll activities.

Heidi Hoffland, SPHR, Human Resources Director
Heidi joined the Dental Health Associates team in September, 2010, bringing over 20 years of human resources experience to DHA. She has expertise in leading and directing a full complement of HR programs and strategic services for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. She immerses herself in all facets of human resources and shares a solid understanding of human dynamics and fresh ideas to support the continued success of the organization.

Stephanie Steel, M. Ed., Billing Manager
Stephanie came to Dental Health Associates during May, 2005. Her leadership skills were put to good use as a Clinic Administrator during the establishment and growth of the Gammon Clinic. In December of 2007 Stephanie moved on to “head up” the Billing Department. In her new role she utilizes her experience with staff management, customer service, and knowledge of Dental Health Associates’ organizational structure in order to support the department as DHA grows.

Dena Arnold, Purchasing Manager
Dena joined Dental Health Associates in 2008 and represents the organization as Purchasing Manager bringing with her extensive experience in supply chain, purchasing and inventory control management. In her role, she builds collaborative relationships with manufacturers and distributors and uses her experience to evaluate suppliers to meet the mission of providing the highest quality of clean, comfortable and well-equipped clinics for our patients.

Jan Streich, Clinic Administrator
Jan joined Dental Health Associates in May, 1991. Jan brought 8 years of dental office management, plus 18 total years of dental office experience to DHA. Her knowledge of the dental industry is so thorough that at one time she taught Dental Assisting courses at a technical college and at Marquette University Dental School. Jan strives to lead the South Clinic with a team focused approach.

Sara Crowley, Clinic Administrator
Sara became part of the Dental Health Associates team in August of 2000. Her previous experience managing a multi-physician clinic, as well as working at one of the largest HMO’s in Wisconsin have enabled her to lead her team to provide compassionate patient care at the Old Sauk Clinic. Sara provides over 20 years of management experience to the organization.

Andrea returned to Dental Health Associates in May of 2007. While at one of Madison’s largest employers Andrea gained valuable experience in organizational leadership. She has over 8 years of managerial experience and particularly enjoys building management-employee relations at the East Clinic.

Kim joined Dental Health Associates in December, 2007. Kim has a thorough understanding of the health care industry gained through her employment with a large health care provider based in Wisconsin. She brought over 15 years of supervisory and administrative management experience to DHA.
