Employment Policy

To accomplish this, the following guidelines will be followed for all applications/resumes:

  1. Applications/resumes will only be accepted for open positions.
  2. Unsolicited applications/resumes will not be considered and the candidate will be notified.
  3. All applicants must specify a job for which they are applying.
  4. All accepted applications/resumes are initially screened in the Human Resources Department to determine whether the applicant meets the minimum qualifications for the position. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview.
  5. Applications are required for all applicants who are further considered for open positions. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be returned to the applicant to complete.
  6. DHA conducts reference checks on all qualified candidates before extending a job offer. Degree and license verification may also be conducted at this time.
  7. Applications will remain in an inactive file for four (4) months from receipt.
  8. Applicants must email jobs@dhamadison.com to have an application/resume reactivated.
