Applying FAQ


  1. How do I know you have received my application or resume?
    You will receive an e-mail response from us advising you when your information has been received.

  2. What happens after I submit my application or resume?
    After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our Recruiter. If it appears that your background and experiences may be a match for the position, you will be contacted to have a further conversation with you about the position.

  3. Will I need to fill out a paper application?
    If you submitted an online application, before or upon receiving an employment offer, you will be asked sign the document, which authorizes us to conduct a background check and verify the information in your application. If you did not fill out the application online, you will be asked to fill out a paper application during the interview process.

  4. What resume document formats are acceptable to send via email?
    We accept the following document types: .doc, .tif, .pdf, .txt.

  5. I am experiencing technical issues with the online application.
    Please e-mail jobs@dhamadison.com with a description of the issue you are experiencing.

  6. I know someone who does not use a computer who is interested in applying. Do you only accept online applications?
    Our preferred method of receiving applications is through our online system. If this is difficult for any applicant, they can visit or call any of our offices and request a paper copy of an application, or send a resume to Human Resources, Dental Health Associates of Madison, Ltd., 7001 Old Sauk Road, Madison, WI 53717.

  7. I don’t see any jobs that appear to be the right fit for me; can I still submit my resume?
    No, we do not accept unsolicited applications or resumes. You must include a specific position within your document text or email.
