How do I know you have received my application or resume?
You will receive an e-mail response from us advising you that your information has been received.
What happens after I submit my application?
After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by Human Resources. If it appears your background and experiences may be a match for the position, you will be contacted to have a conversation about the position.
How long will it take for someone to contact me, if I am a match for the position?
Our application review process normally takes one to two weeks. If your qualifications match our requirements, someone from Human Resources will contact you within this time frame.
May I fill out a paper application or send a paper resume?
DHA does not accept mailed, faxed or emailed applications and/or resumes. All applicants must submit an application via our online system for consideration.
I know someone who does not have a computer who is interested in applying. Do you only accept online applications?
Our method of receiving applications is through our online application system. As a suggestion, local libraries have free public access to computers and the internet, which may be helpful to individuals interested in applying to our open position(s). If this is difficult for any applicant, the applicant may email Human Resources at jobs@dhamadison.com. We will respond promptly to all emails.
I don’t see any jobs that appear to be the right fit for me; may I still submit my resume?
No, we do not accept unsolicited applications or resumes. You must apply to a specific position through our online application system.
