Our Interview Process
At Dental Health Associates of Madison, Ltd. we take the employment process very seriously. To be sure we select the right candidates who meet the needs of our organization we provide a thorough interview. During an interview, candidates will have an opportunity to answer many behavior based questions asked by our human resources generalist, dentist(s), hiring manager, and team members. Your responses to our questions enable us to determine how closely your qualifications meet the minimum requirements of the position. These answers are only used to evaluate your candidacy for the position with which you applied.

Amy joined the Dental Health Associates team in June of 2006. Amy is a 7 year veteran of the United States Air Force. During her time in the military she acquired an excellent foundation in the area of Human Resources. Amy's goal is to help staff DHA with dedicated, hard working, and customer service focused individuals.

What Our Employees Say
There are many reasons why I like working here, the main reason being the doctors. I feel they are here for the patient and treat all them with great care. I think they are ethical and give patients the best information they can so they get the best treatment. I know they try to work with the patients on their care and I don’t think they try to push treatments on patients.
