Rescuing Smiles in His Practice and in the Community
Dr. Gregory Sobczak looks forward to seeing his patients each day and finds the daily rewards of his work in the chance to have a positive impact on his patients' teeth and health. As a partner and general dentist at DHA's Madison East Clinic, Dr. Sobczak particularly enjoys working with patients to improve the appearance of their smiles through cosmetic procedures and performing root canals to save injured or infected teeth.
Dr. Sobczak helps save teeth in other important ways, too. He volunteers with Donated Dental Services, which provides free dental care to disabled, elderly and medically compromised people who cannot afford dental care and do not qualify for public assistance. Give a Kid a Smile, a program sponsored by the American Dental Association to provide dental services care to low-income children who do not have access to dentists, is another charity to which Dr. Sobczak is an annual contributor.
Dr. Sobczak and his wife have two boys, ages 11 and 14, who enjoy swimming, soccer, tennis and outdoor activities. As a family, the Sobczaks ski, hike and golf together. Dr. Sobczak is also a bicyclist and photographer and is active on several committees at his church.
