For Appointments

Patient Relationships are His Greatest Reward

Dr. Timothy McConville enjoys changing the way his patients feel about a trip to the dentist. "People don't generally  look forward to a dentist visit. But if, at the end of an appointment, a patient can genuinely say that it was more pleasant than they thought it would be, then I feel I've accomplished something good. My goal, beside providing quality care, is to have a patient leave the office with the sense that they  were listened to and their individual needs were met," he says.  "My greatest reward as a dentist is my relationship with my patients."

Dr. McConville enjoys all phases of dentistry in his practice at DHA's Old Sauk Clinic on Madison's west side. He particularly enjoys working with his patients in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, children's and geriatric dentistry, endodontics, exodontia, and fixed and removable prosthodontics.

Dr. McConville was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa, where he attended college at the University of  Iowa. He earned his B.S. in 1978 and his D.D.S. in 1982. Dr. McConville resides in Verona with his wife  and two teenage sons. He enjoys fishing, snow and water skiing, biking, sports of all sorts, and traveling, and is an active sponsor of the Verona Area Performing Arts Series, the March of Dimes and  the American Cancer Society.
