Dr. Scott R. Johnson joined Dental Health Associates in 2000 after 16 years as a general dentist in a single practice.  To provide the best possible care to his patients, Dr. Johnson is committed to continuing his education in the following areas of professional interest: esthetic dentistry (veneers, crowns, bonding), endodontics (root canal therapy), implants, dentures, partial dentures, and occlusion (how teeth in the upper and lower jaws fit together).   One of the highlights of his career  was awarding a Fellowship of the Academy  of General Dentistry to his dental school classmate and partner at DHA, Dr. Gregory Sobczak.

A native of Kenosha, Dr. Johnson enjoys skiing in the Western U.S. and spending time at the family lake cottage in northern Wisconsin with his wife Wendy and three children.  Dr. Johnson's family travel adventures  have included trips to Caribbean islands, Alaska, British Columbia, Montana and Colorado.  He is a sports fan and season ticket holder for University of Wisconsin football and basketball games.

Dr. Johnson's volunteer work ranges from church activities and charitable dentistry  to volunteering with  Edgewood High School and Park West swim teams. He is a past member and president of the Breakfast Optimist Club.
