What can I expect to happen at my first appointment?
We look forward to meeting you, and introducing you to your new dentist and hygienist. A comprehensive oral examination and consultation with your dentist will occur, and the status of your oral health will be discussed for current and future needs.
What if I have a tooth that is bothering me when I call for my first appointment?
All of our DHA dentists are able to accommodate new and existing patients who are experiencing discomfort, usually on the same day of your call.
What should I bring with me to my first appointment?
Please bring your completed registration, medical and dental forms, as well as your insurance cards and any other information you may have from your previous dentist, such as current x-rays.
Am I able to request to see a dentist of my choice at DHA?
We honor all patient requests to select a dental provider of their choice.
How do I select a dentist if I am not sure?
Our website has information about all of our dentists, including how long they have been in practice and where they went to dental school. Simply click on the link about our dentists, and read a short biography of each provider.
What if I have an emergency after hours?
Please call your individual office appointment number and speak to our emergency answering service representative. The dentist on call will return your call as soon as possible.
Who do I talk to at the clinic if I have questions about financing?
Our clinics are staffed with an on-site Financial Coordinator, who can guide you through your treatment costs and help you decide which financial option that we have available is right for you and your family.
