Andrea Athanas

Clinic Coordinator

Andrea joined Dental Health Associates in 2012 as a Patient Coordinator with our Gammon Clinic. In 2014, she transferred to the Old Sauk Clinic with the Perio Team and served as their Treatment & Financial Coordinator. In this role, she assisted and educated patients with their treatment, insurance, and financial needs. In February 2016, she was promoted to the Clinic Coordinator position at Old Sauk. In all of her positions with DHA, her ability to provide excellent customer service has been essential. Previous to joining DHA, Andrea had 20 years of customer service in sales. Her philosophy is to strive to be a leader who listens and promotes teamwork and excellence in customer service. Andrea is located at the Old Sauk Clinic.

Kim Georgeson

Clinic Administrator

Kim joined Dental Health Associates in December of 2007. She brought more than 20 years of combined customer service and management experience when she began her DHA career as the Clinic Administrator for the Gammon Clinic. Kim’s main focus is on providing great customer service to our patients. She uses a coaching management style to promote employee growth and is also the Clinic Administrator to our Orthodontics Clinics. Kim is located at the Gammon Clinic.

Andrea Bergen

Clinic Administrator

Andrea returned to Dental Health Associates in May of 2007. While at one of Madison’s largest employers Andrea gained valuable experience in organizational leadership. She has over 15 years of managerial experience and particularly enjoys building management-employee relations at the East Clinic and our new American Center location. Andrea is located at the East and Sun Prairie Clinics.

Melissa Castro

Clinic Coordinator

Melissa joined Dental Health Associates in June of 2006 as a Patient Coordinator at our South Clinic. After a year and a half, Melissa decided to further her education and also moved out of the area. Upon her return to DHA in September of 2012 she gained experience as a Dental Assistant, then transitioned into our Billing and Financial Department, later working as the Financial Coordinator at our University Clinic. This variety of knowledge, and a “lead by example” philosophy, has prepared Melissa for her current leadership role. She enjoys the customer service aspect of dentistry and believes having patients come back time-after-time and trusting us with their dental care is the biggest reward. Melissa is located at the South Clinic.

Dena Arnold

Purchasing Manager

Dena joined Dental Health Associates in 2008 and represents the organization as Purchasing Manager bringing with her extensive experience in supply chain, purchasing and inventory control management. In her role, she builds collaborative relationships with manufacturers and distributors and uses her experience to evaluate suppliers to meet the mission of providing the highest quality of clean, comfortable and well-equipped clinics for our patients. Dena is located at the East Clinic.

Cindy Beierle

Human Resources Manager

Cindy joined Dental Health Associates in February of 2011 and has over 25 years of HR/Administrative Office Management experience. Prior to joining DHA, Cindy served as HR/Senior Administrative Assistant to the owner of a private company. Cindy considers herself to be a detail-oriented, objective thinker who is interested in finding real solutions for the benefit of all employees & partners of DHA. Cindy is located at the East Clinic and travels to all of the clinics as needed.

Mike Haas

Facilities Manager

Mike joined Dental Health Associates in January 2013. Mike brings over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the construction trade, 23 of which he served as Construction Manager. He assiduously directs all aspects of facilities services for DHA. Mike is located at the Gammon Clinic and he travels to all.

Jamie Gindt

Jamie joined Dental Health Associates in January of 2017 with over 8 years of experience marketing to consumers. She has a strong background in branding, strategic problem-solving, and project management. Her creative approach to marketing is a team-oriented and consumer-focused strategy that focuses on community involvement and employee well-being. Jamie is located at the South Clinic.

Wes Parks

Finance Director

Wes joined Dental Health Associates 2010 bringing over 13 years of Financial and Accounting experience. Wes started in public accounting planning and supervising audit engagements of various size and structured entities with an emphasis in telecommunications industry. He joined private industry in 2000 and has worked with both small and large companies in accomplishing their mission. Improving an organization’s overall performance through effective strategic financial leadership is his expertise. He has a strong background in treasury, budgeting, auditing, tax, and general accounting activities. Wes is located at the South Clinic.

Stephanie Steel

Stephanie Steel Business Services Director

Operations Director

Stephanie came to Dental Health Associates during May, 2005. Her leadership skills were put to good use as a Clinic Administrator during the establishment and growth of the Gammon Clinic. In December of 2007, Stephanie moved on to lead the Billing Department. In 2016, she was promoted to Operations Director. Stephanie leads the Billing Department, Clinic Administration, and Human Resources. She is located at the South Clinic.
