I would highly recommend Katie B at Dental Associates -South in Fitchburg, WI, for providing oral hygiene that addressed my significant periodontal needs. She worked with skill, thoroughness and efficiency for 75 minute, using an effective topical numbing gel to sequential groupings of teeth, prior to progressing with the cavetron(sp) for deeper cleaning around -and-below the gum line. Final phase: finishing up with stain removal and polishing. Also, Katie completed taking a full set of annual x-rays, arranged for supervising dentist to complete her exam and she was able to offer the scheduling of an additional hygiene visit during upcoming time block when oral hygiene at my periodontal specialist’s office was not available. I came here for the first (and only) time earlier today. Robin knows her stuff, and honored my request to be cleaned without the use of a water pick. A first time patient cleaning took about an hour, which is as advertised. I felt like I was in very good hands, and they even give you sunglasses to wear so the lights aren't pointing at your eyes the whole time. I had my cleaning today with hygienist Joe (I think that was his first name) who worked with Dr. Johnson. He was wonderful…extremely gentle, let me know about the process and had me ready to see the doctor in 45 minutes. Dr. Johnson is also a wonderful dentist…again gentle, professional and cares. In addition , the front office receptionists are extremely welcoming and scheduled my husband and I in a timely manner. I would highly recommend ! Read Less
