We accept a variety of dental insurance plans, but recommend that you contact your dental insurance provider to see what your dental plan covers. If you have questions about insurance, billing, or payment plans contact our on-site financial coordinator at 608-443-1772. We would be happy to answer any specific questions you have about orthodontic treatments, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
Our East Orthodontics Clinic is located on the East side of Madison, WI and is conveniently located off of South Stoughton Rd/Hwy 51, and I30.
No. You do not need a referral from a dentist to schedule your free orthodontic consultation. If you are a dentist who would like to refer a patient to our clinic please click here.
Patient Information
We encourage new patients to fill out a new patient form online prior to your first appointment. Be sure to select the appropriate location for your new patient forms, as once you complete them, they are sent electronically to the office you’ve chosen.
