Paying for Your Dental Visit at Dental Health Associates
You can pay for your dental visit a few ways, including:
Through your dental insurance – Dental Health Associates of Madison accepts a wide range of dental insurance plans and companies. We recommend that you contact your dental insurance provider to see what your plan covers.
Through CareCredit – We accept Care Credit healthcare credit cards for payment of out-of-pocket dental treatments and procedures. If you already have credit on your CareCredit card, you can use it to pay for part or all of your balance at Dental Health Associates of Madison. Don’t have CareCredit but are interested in signing up or learning more about how it helps families and children finance medical issues not covered by your insurance? Contact the Financial Coordinator at your Dental Health Associates of Madison dental office. They’ll be happy to help you and your family learn more about CareCredit options and payment plans.
Out of pocket – If you have no dental insurance, are not eligible for CareCredit healthcare financing, or have a co-payment to make on top of your dental insurance, we welcome out of pocket payments. You can pay your bill conveniently online with a credit or debit card through our website. If you prefer to make payments in person you can pay your bill with a credit card, debit card, cash, or with a check, at any of our Dental Health Associates of Madison dental clinics. We also offer discounted rates for out-of-pocket payments that are made on the same day of treatment. If you choose to pay for your appointment or procedure in full the day of your service, you'll receive a 5% discount when paying with cash or check, and a 3% discount when paying with a debit card or credit card.
If you don't have dental insurance we have insurance plan options for individuals, families, and businesses. Momentum Insurance Plans can be customized for your or your family and they have affordable plans that will fit your budget. If you are looking for other in-house bill payment options or have additional questions about dental insurance coverage, payment plans, or out-of-pocket costs?
