Matthew Roggensack, DDS
Dr. Matthew Roggensack is a partner and general dentist at the Gammon Clinic. A Madison native, Dr. Roggensack graduated from Madison West High School and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He moved on to Milwaukee to earn his dental degree from Marquette University, and returned to Madison and Dental Health Associates.
Alex Orzepowski, DDS
Originally from Appleton, Dr. Alex is excited to return to the city he came to love during his time at UW–Madison. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He was drawn to the city’s unique energy from its beautiful parks and outdoor lifestyle to time spent at the Memorial Union and is thrilled to call it home once again.
Jacob Bjork, DDS
Dr. Jacob Bjork is a partner and general dentist at our Gammon clinic. Dr. Bjork is a well-rounded dentist with over 14 years of experience who incorporates all aspects of dentistry into his practice.

David Allen, DDS, MS
Dr. David Allen is an orthodontic specialist at our West Orthodontics Clinic and our Fitchburg Orthodontics Clinic. He serves as the orthodontist for the UW Hospital Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Team. He has a special concentration in orthodontics for cleft lip and palate patients, and dental appliances for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.
Ammar Alsamawi, DDS, MS
Dr. Ammar Alsamawi is an orthodontic specialist and partner at our Fitchburg and Gammon Clinic. He knew from a very young age that he wanted to be in the dental field. While pursuing a degree in dentistry at the University of Iowa, he discovered he had a passion for orthodontics.
