If you cannot pay your balance online (especially if you have an orthodontic bill, which currently can not be paid online and you must directly contact your orthodontic clinic to make a payment) you may mail a check to any one of our Madison locations:

You may also call our offices to pay with a credit or debit card over the phone during our open business hours. 

At Dental Health Associates of Madison, we understand that your financial situation may not allow you the ability to pay your bill in full. In order to provide more payment and finance options for our patients we work with CareCredit to offer financing for either 6 or 12 months, interest-free. To see if you qualify for this type of payment plan, call or stop in at one of our dental clinics and speak with our Financial Coordinators. You can also work with our Billing Specialists to set up a payment plan that works with your budget.
