Although we don't love having two kids in braces, this is the best place to be for it! Dr. Allen is kind, thorough and always explains what his plan is and why. From the front desk, to billing, to hygienists, everyone there is friendly and makes sure the kids are comfortable and know what to expect at each appointment. We have always been able to schedule a time that works for school schedules and my schedule.

We had an excellent experience from entering the office with a very helpful receptionist, who helped my son feel at ease, to a very warm and friendly orthodontist who listened to us, and addressed our concerns, to the young woman who did a panoramic xray with ease and quickly so that Dr. Allen could give us his recommendations for the timing of treatment. We love Dr. Delora Mount in Madison and Dr. Pravin Patel in Chicago, and both of them work with Dr. Allen, so we feel very confident in this team to help our son.

Dr. Allen and his team are awesome! Everyone in the South office is so friendly and kind. Dr. Allen has been excellent to work with for both my daughter and myself. I have recommend him and his team to friends and family.
