The majority of our dentists have chosen the ownership path; all with equal ownership rights. While ownership has been an attractive option for almost all of the dentists who are part of the DHA team, it is not a requirement if your preference is to remain an Associate.

Founded on a conservative patient approach, our group is 100% locally owned by current, practicing dentists, and our associates are encouraged along the path towards partnership. By consistently putting the patient first and approaching dentistry with integrity, we have been able to grow the group in both staffing and footprint in the Madison community. Our doctors have the autonomy to focus on clinical dentistry and develop their practice while having full support of administrative staff and a group of over 30 dentist and specialist colleagues to collaborate with.
Our “practice within a practice” model offers individuals the autonomy to work with their own practice and team, making treatment decisions on their patients yet enjoying full access to an administrative team to help alleviate the day-to-day business functions (HR, IT, Accounting, Billing, Supply, etc).
