Dental Health Associates of Madison is seeking experienced Dental Assistants and Orthodontic Assistants to join our team. We currently have full-time openings at our Madison-area clinics.

These positions offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and a predictable four-day workweek.

Compensation

Starting at $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn more based on experience and performance.

Schedule

Full-time, four-day workweek. Specific days and hours vary by clinic and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures while helping ensure patient comfort and efficient clinical care.

• Prepare, sterilize and maintain dental instruments, treatment rooms and equipment.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

• Educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

• Support the clinical team throughout the patient visit.

• Create a positive patient experience through compassionate care and clear communication.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous dental assistant experience required.

• Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
